BANK RECS - ANOTHER FIX WE DIDN'T ASK FOR!

Subject: Bank Transactions – New and Not Improved   MYOB.... what is wrong with you all?  Bank Feeds and Reconciliations were not broken, but you've gone ahead and fixed them anyway.   So now.......

    It is pathetic isn't it.

    Who is actually running this? Do they actually know how a business works? Do they realise business owners want a seamless product not just for themselves but for their employees as well to make their day at work that little more stress free? Business owners want to utilise their time productively to get tasks done. I honestly think MYOB get a kick out of ####### us off !! I have used other software and I'm sure all software products have their pros and cons and I totally understand that their are mishaps with technology from time to time such as outages which is beyond a persons control, HOWEVER this is next level. 

    What you have done is quite the opposite of streamlining subscribers workload, you have just increased it.

    Please do not let me hear words like "seamless" and "exciting new features" in your marketing because it's far from it.  But you go ahead and pat yourselves on the back for a job well done.........Get your act together!!!!!!!
