I tried your suggestions but they didn't work. I also double checked that all the conditions were still valid and nothing had changed there.
The upgrade may not have been responsible, but it just seemed like too much of a coincidence.
I will contact MYOB Support (although based on previous experience if I hear anything within a month) or try contacting the live chat team.
