'Banking Hub Broken

we are facing an issue here too --> that i do not have access to the bankfeed section to add accounts? done all the above "User focused issues" but clearly the issue is on the MYOB side.
this has been ongoing for one month - it states that i do not have the rights to access this - but i am the owner of the busienss with the highest level of access rights.
as such we now are getting in to end of Qtr closing, BAS lodgetments etc and its moving beyond a "annying issue" to a compliance issue.
the support from the team is a blanket - we are working on it.... every day for 1 month, nothing has moved
MYOB team - is there a broader update and work around that you need to provide clients to support them while you figure out this bug riddled relase?
