Biller Code

HI All   I sent my statements out last week and a customer recieved my Statement with a Biller Code on it 848283, this is not on my statement has anyone else had this happen and is it a scam? I put...

Hi Kerryund,

 

Thanks for your post.

 

Please confirm the last four digits of the serial number you used when you created the customer statement so we can check if online invoice payments have been activated. If yes, that's the reason why BPay details show up when the customer receives the statement.
