I spoke with MYOB and there IS an issue with p[ayroll. they suggest doing manual payments if only a few clients. or else best ring them. they assured me it will not affect next week payroll only this payroll downloading bank file

We had an issue yesterday with the pay run preparation, which might have also affected the process of downloading the bank file, but we're not entirely sure if that's the case. However, rest assured, the issue was resolved on the same day. If you're still having trouble downloading the bank file after following the steps I provided, you might have to manually pay your employees as our support team suggested. Thanks for your patience.
