The issue with payroll when preparing pay runs yesterday has already been fixed. Since you're still having trouble creating the bank file even after re-entering the employees' bank details, here are a couple of things to test:
- Clear your browser cache and then prepare the bank file again.
- If it's still not working, you can manually pay your employees in the meantime, so they don't experience any delays.
