Cannot get bank feeds

Hi got this message this morning and just wondering if it's just me?

    Hi ALl,

    Thanks for raising this! No major issues with bank feeds have been reported at the moment, so there’s no widespread delay from our end. If you’re running into trouble, some users have found that switching to a different browser or closing the software can help clear things up.

  • Just finished with support, they had to refresh the file and the bank feeds came through, I don't think you will get anywhere waiting for a reply on here, best to ring the support number, just my opinion

    I have my Bank feed but they want match to the transactions !

  • Still on the phone to support, they are refreshing the file, you may need to ring them directly

    Same here no bank feeds
