That "something went wrong" error can sometimes pop up if there's a little hiccup behind the scenes with the transaction itself. It might just need a quick tidy-up or even a script run on our end to sort it out properly. Best bet from here is to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so the team can take a closer look while you're there. They'll be able to double-check what's going on with that transaction and get it sorted quicker for you.
