Hi Bargara1,
I see what you mean about the QIF vs CSV thing. Having to enter everything manually isn't exactly fun. We don't have an option to convert CSVs to QIF, so there isn't a way around it inside MYOB. But someone already suggested CSV import support on our Ideas Board, so you can cast a vote for it there. The more votes it gets, the more likely our dev team will give it a proper look for future updates. Here's the link to check it out and have your say: Extracting data from myob online | MYOB Community.
Regards,
Sai
Has anybody in Australia successfully used a converter to convert from PDF of CSV files to QIF so they can be uploaded to MYOB? Also, if I have to change back to Quicken, can my old date of 20 years with MYOB be imported into Quicken?

It would be easier and cheaper to change banks and software.. MYOB have not been very helpful. There is a program CSV converter that is free for 30 days..
