Thanks for your post. Getting an issue where a transaction is not linked to an account despite your account being linked in the bank feeds could be due to some reasons. Each of your MYOB bank accounts can only be linked to one bank feed. If an account has already been linked to a different bank feed, it won't be available in the drop-down list. I recommend checking and ensuring that the account you're trying to link the transaction to isn't already linked to a different bank feed.
Another reason is that once the account is linked and has matching or allocated transactions, you can't change the linked account unless you undo those allocations. If this is the case, I recommend undoing the allocation and trying to proceed with classifying the transactions.
