I can see you've been spending so long on hold at this point. Our wait times are still longer than we'd like.
If the bank feed has already been removed, the duplicates left behind are usually transactions in your file, so you should be able to delete them directly in MYOB instead of needing support. This guide steps you through it: Deleting a transaction
If one won’t delete, it’s usually because it’s been matched, categorised or reconciled first, so that part would need to be undone before deleting it.
