Duplicate Transactions
I have duplicate transactions that I need to delete due to a bank feed being linked when it shouldn't have. I've removed the bank feed but the transactions are still sitting there. I've been on hold ...

Hello,
I've tried looking through theese but none of theese will work as its a bank feed transaction which was linked to a loan account but has since had the bank feed linked to the loan account cancelled as it was never supposed to be kinked and the money was coming out of another bank feed account. So theres no option to delete it.

Thanks for clarifying. I can see why those options aren’t available when the transaction came through a bank feed that was linked to the wrong account and has since been cancelled.

Yes I've done that under case 03260540 but seeing as my other case which I've just closed myself as it went unanswered since the 1st of June. Doesn't leave me much hope unfortunately waiting for nearly 2 months with no reply and I need this done for EOM reconciliation.
