The past two weeks of having issues with downloading the bank file to your computer must be quite frustrating for you. I had a bit of a tinker on my end and was able to download the ABA file without any dramas, so it seems the issue might be related to your computer settings. Since tech can be a bit finicky at times, I’d recommend getting in touch with your IT person to take a look at your computer’s settings. They might spot something that needs updating. If after that, the issue still continues, it best to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
