First time user of electronic payment. Electronic payment submitted on Friday the 21st it has been 4 business days and the payment hasn't left Bank Account to clear in employees bank account. How long does this take? I've checked and have found the super payment is still processing.

Sorry to hear your super payment is taking a while to process. Usually, it takes about 5 business days. Also, if you submit the payment later in the day, it might be counted as the next day's transaction. If it still hasn't processed after this period, you can reach out to our virtual assistant, MOCA, on our website or get support through my account at myob.com.
