DITTO....I need to be getting my quarterly BAS done! Is MYOB going to pay our fines if our BAS is late? I have discovered that work I did earlier in the week has only been recordered patchily and that nothing I have inputted in matching transactions to accounts today has been saved.

They SHOULD have after hours support for the ever increasing fees they charge! But it's hard enough to get support from them during business hours.

Issue still happening.  I know they both have their issues, but enough is enough.  It is time to look at moving to Xero.

    Hi Everyone,

Sorry for the hassle. This is a known issue with the "something went wrong" message showing during bank feed allocation, and our team is actively working on a fix. For now, you can keep things moving by manually matching affected transactions. We'll also post updates on our Status Hub, so that's the best place to check for the latest info.

    Regards,

    Sai
