Error getting bank feed form for bank

I am trying to apply for bank feeds,  I can get the form for the credit card to download but not the bank account.

 

I keep getting something is wrong

    When this happens, it can often be fixed with basic troubleshooting. Please try clearing your browser's cache and history. If the issue persists, try logging in from a different browser.
