Hi KimmyGS,
Thanks for your post and feedback. So I can pass this feedback on to the right team can you please clarify from which window this option has been removed from ? If possible please provide a screenshot.

Hi Melissa,
I'm referring to the Transactions view, where we used to have a 'notes' section, yellow highlighted section in the screenshot. I used it to mark up expenses without receipts or other small things I had to remind myself of.

i used to use this too...was handy....

Hi KimmyGS,
Thanks for the screenshot. To add notes in the upgraded platform you will need hover over the description of the bank transaction and a purple pen will appear. Here you can enter in notes and save.

Hi Melisa,
Thank you for your answer, but it's actually not correct. The purple pen will appear but notes you put in will replace/change the bank statement description, which is not what I'm looking to do as this could easily result in errors in our accounting system.
For notes to work, in my opinion, they need to be separate from the bank statement description, as thye used to be.
It would therefore be good if the previous functionality could be brought back.
