You're spot on! In the desktop AR you can dig up transactions by Card ID nice and easy, but in the online version that option's not available. Bit of a pain, I know. Right now you'll need to use other filters like date, amount, or contact name to track things down. I totally get why Card ID searching would make life a whole lot smoother, especially when you're juggling different clients. Best bet is to pop this through as a feature request on our Ideas Exchange so the product team can see how handy it'd be. A fair few improvements we've rolled out have come straight from customer voices like yours.
