Hi JoanEllen,
Thanks for attaching a screenshot to your post. That does sound like it's been adding extra work to your flow.
If that account still has an active bank feed, you can stop new transactions coming in by cancelling the feed in Banking > Banking hub.
Open the account tile, click the 3 dots, then choose Cancel bank feed. If you can't see that option, you may need admin or Banking access.
If there's no active bank feed on that account, this likely won't fix it, so it's worth checking that first.
