Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum.
To ensure that the transaction has not previously been reconciled, select Show reconciled in the Bank Reconciliation box.
If the transactions still do not appear, return to the Banking>>Transaction history window and filter it for that specific account and a reasonable date range. If the transactions do not appear in the reconciliation window, you should investigate the bank account utilized on those transactions and/or the date period.
