Thank you for getting back to me. We may need to investigate this further on the backend. Could you please send me a private message with the following details:
- Invoice amount
- Serial Number
- Date of the payment

Hi Earl,
Please see below for the information required. I have attached a screenshot of the invoices which were sent to this customer. We have received the payment one of the invoices successful. Customer was able to show proof that this payment has been deducted from his account.
- Invoice amount: AUD2750 GST inclusive
- Serial Number: I am assuming you are referring to the invoice number. It is 1236.
- Date of the payment: 17th March, 2024
