I have a single payroll transaction (1 of 4) that doesn't appear when matching transactions from bank feed.
It doesn't appear in the bank reconciliation screen either, yet I can look it up in find transactions window.
The other 3 transactions appear in both match transaction and bank reconciliation windows.
Can you help?

In Find transactions locate that pay transaction and click on the reference number to open, check the account selected in the Account field and the Payment method. If it's the electronic clearing account and Electronic, follow the instructions in this Community Forum post: Why can't I match employee pays in bank transactions
If it's a payroll clearing account you can record a Transfer money transaction to move the amount from the clearing account to the bank account. The From account is the bank account, the To account is the clearing account. Match the Transfer money transaction to the bank transaction.

The payroll transactions are not electronic but as you can see by the screens captures below, the transactions are visible when looking at Find Transactions but only one (934445) does not appear when I try to match the transaction through the bank feed.
In Find transactions can you locate that pay transaction and click on the reference number to open, then send me a screenshot of that pay transaction.
