NAB Bank feed not coming through

Good morning, Bank feed to MYOB has stopped coming through since 13/02/2026. Please advise if this is a known issue and what can to be done to fix the issue. Thanks Ross

The issue is now showing in the MYOB notifications page so they are aware of it and are working on it by the look of things - this is the notice:

 

"We are currently investigating an issue where some customers may see duplicate Bankfeeds imported into their files for transactions dated between 2 February 2026 and 13 February 2026.

While we work on a fix:

  • If your file is affected, please do not allocate Bankfeeds dated within this period.
  • If you have already allocated Bankfeeds for this period, please unallocate those transactions.


We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and thanks for bearing with us while we work on it."
