I had issues with being able to access the banking hub to create a feed for a new credit card - this was eventually resolved #02924909 20/3
On 20/3 I did what was needed to create the bank feed for the new credit card both in MYOB and with Westpac. The bank feed has still not been finalised.
What can I do to get this finalised asap

Sounds like your bank feed credit card has been in process for quite a while now. New bank feeds can show as Pending / Awaiting bank / Not finalised while the bank finishes their side, which can take up to 10 business days.
At this point, I recommend reaching out to our support team via My Account or connecting with the live chat team through MOCA, so our support team can take a closer look from our side.
