Online payments stuck verification bank accounts - for months - and money is missing

We enabled and went through the hoops to allow online payments.

It appears to be enabled but MYOB haven't finished bank account verification

But a customer was able to pay $2000.00 via the system a month ago - and we don't have to money in the bank account

Who do I report this theft to ?

  • The bank account had the bsb and the account number in the account field.
    Interestingly, that web based form doesn't allow that many numbers. So it was NOT a user input issue.
