Hi Earl_HD,
I agree with Karyn3. I have checked the contact cards have all the necessary information but it's just not pulling through to the bank file.
I am using both the web version and the desktop version, and it seems to be just an issue with the desktop version.
These need to be correct for suppliers that you can't send a remittance to, ie. Power providers, telcos etc.

We’ve checked this against known MYOB Business NZ behaviour and the issue appears to be with the Westpac bank-file format/handling rather than the contact details saved in MYOB. At present, future-dated Westpac bank files may upload using the current date instead of the selected payment date. The best workaround is to create a new import profile in Westpac and, where future dating is needed, upload the file on the actual payment date.
