I reconciled my account 100% to end of May, i went in to reconciled to end 30 June and it only has a reconciliation to 28th March which isn't even correct!
I supidly didn't print reports as I never imagined this could happen.
I went in and UNDID that reconciliation to the previous date and that doesn't even reconcile. I don't want to keep undoing and finding it doesn't balance.
Has any one had this problem?
How can I fix it?

I have had this same problem and have UNDID a few reconciliations that previously balanced but don't now. I don't want to keep going back in case i never find a balanced one. Also all the BAS has been done regularly and all balanced then.
How has this happened and how do i get it reversed Please?

Thanks for your post. The Help Article, Fixing out of balance bank reconciliations, has instructions for finding when the out of balance occurred. Once you find when the reconciliation became unbalanced you will need to undo all reconciliations back to that month, fix any transactions if required and re-do the reconciliations.

This is the same problem I had, reconcilled up to April, then I tried to reconcile May and June and April was then out of balance.
I did delete some transactions which were left after reconciling previous months, which if they were there should not have been previously reconciled. By the way MYOB has told me that there is no alert to let you know if a transaction has been reconciled and not to delete it. They are still working on this problem. Not good.
I UNDID all the way back to September 2021 and still not getting a balanced month. I just fudged an entry to get it to balance and then had to re-reconcile from September 2021 to June 2022.
Sounds like some sort of glitch may have happened??

Yep, another case of that here. I undid my reconciliations all the way back to 2016 and never found a balanced reconciliation!!! Despite trying to get MYOB to help for weeks, in the end after losing weeks of valuable business time I found the problem myself. After the update, the system had deleted half of a lot of transfers between bank accounts. The transfer was recorded in the system correctly, arrived in the account it was sent to, but MYOB would not show the money leaving the first account. Due to this partial erasure (something that is simply not possible for me to have done) all the calculated bank balances were altered and unbalanced, with the past 6 years of bank reconciliations also now showing out of balance. The only way I was able to get the system to "see" the complete transaction was by deleting all the transactions that were not displaying correctly, re- enter them in, and then re- reconcile 6 years worth of accounts. It was a nightmare. Hope you don't have the same problem, but worth looking into if your glitch remains. MYOB was no help at all and just told me to pay an accountant to fix it. When I tried to post a full account of my experience on this forum, MYOB deleted my post claiming profanity. I didn't even use a single swear word, so I don't know how they claim Profanity. I guess they don't like being at fault?
