Transactions able to be changed after Reconciliatoin

Question

Hi all&nbsp;I find this very strange that when you have completed a bank rec and finalised the month Myob Business allows you to delete/change that transaction&nbsp;I am sure in account right this is blocked and you need to do a reversal&nbsp;How can we prevent this from occuring -&nbsp; I know we have a lock feature but thats pointless exercise !&nbsp;I am sure Myob would have thought of this when creating a product !&nbsp;Regards&nbsp;Paul&nbsp;&nbsp;

Welcome to the Community Forum. Whether a transaction can be deleted without undoing the reconciliation beforehand is depending on the type of transaction. For example, if it was a pay run that has been reported to STP it would always have to be reversed instead.
