This issue will need more troubleshooting. If you have previously reconciled transactions that are now causing issues, you may need to undo the reconciliation. This can be done by going to the "Reconcile Accounts" window, selecting the relevant reconciliation, and clicking "Undo." Additionally, ensure that the date range in the reconciliation screen includes the dates of the transactions you are trying to reconcile. Sometimes transactions may not appear if they fall outside the selected date range.
