Thanks Earl,
Upon further inspection, the transactions for the next couple of bank statements were acting as if already reconciled although nothing was coming up in reports or on reconcilation. I have reconciled forward a couple of months and bank accounts match, so I can continue at this stage.
Is there a way I can check that they are reconciled correctly? Alternate Reports?

To verify that the transactions are reconciled correctly, you can generate your latest bank reconciliation report. This report provides a summary of each bank reconciliation you have completed. For more info, check out this link.

I have generated the reports, but transactions during that period are not showing in reconcilliation, but are showing in feeds.
Bank account and dates confirmed correct.
I have moved forward, and may need my client to contact myob support directly
