Westpac Bank Feed Syncing issues

11 days since Westpac Bank synced with MYOB Bank Feeds. 

 

There are no known issues with connectivity - can anyone provide any assistance?

    There was an issue with Westpac delayed bank feeds, but it has been resolved. Please try logging out and then logging back into your account to see if the delay persists. If you still experience any issues, it would be best to reach out to our support team directly for further assistance. You can contact them via our virtual assistant MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount. For any updates if there are ongoing issues, check our status hub for more information.
