I am having this same issue with my westpac card - apparently I cannot link bank feeds for my personal credit card anymore (it was working until card was replaced) Unless I get a business credit card which is out of the question.
Even worse - MYOB wont let me import the statements manually!!! Keeps saying "The bank statement file cannot be imported" when I try to import the QIF or OFX so, unless I want to enter everything manually, I guess I need to switch to Xero (I'm THAT annoyed).
Also, MYOB cannot be phoned after 3pm in WA either so no help there. Not sure why I pay the monthly fee when I can't even get support
This is ridiculous I have had the same issue as well- for something that should be basic functionality of MYOB software there is absolutely no support whatsoever... I am seriously considering moving all of my business to Xero

If I were in your position, I'd feel just as you do about the limitations of Westpac credit card bank feeds and support. Considering moving to Xero is acceptable, especially if it aligns better with your needs and expectations. It's important to note that the constraints on credit card bank feed for Westpac are primarily determined by the bank itself and are not solely within MYOB's control. However, you still have the option to apply for a bank feed using your Westpac bank accounts or business credit cards.
