Hi PELLECARE,
The error message you're experiencing usually occurs when the result of the transaction you're recording causes the inventory quantity to be zero, but the value of the items you're adjusting does not return to zero. I recommend reading through this link to learn how to fix this.

Good Morning
This hasn't helped unfortunately- we are trying to sell the product not return it. To get the urgent sales through we had to make new codes which isn't ideal :(
Is there anything else that can be done?
