Account suspended

We paid the bill on Monday, then received an email notifying us our account has been suspended.   I as the Finance Manager rang MYOB twice but they refused to disclosed any information.   I then sent MYOB message via Online Chat.   Found out they did receive the payment but forgot to update the database and file at their end.   This has caused us a lot of headache where I was running the payroll.
