Accountant lost access

Hi all,    all has been well using MYOB until I updated my accountant to Advisor . She now has no access. I have deleted her and re-invited using My.MYOB and she still doesn’t have any access. Trie...

Hi Rhian4400,

 

It looks like there's been a hiccup with your accountant's access after changing her role to Advisor and re-inviting her hasn't fixed it.

 

The best way to get this sorted is to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount. They can check this setup, sort out any email issues, and make sure everything is working as it should.
