Advisor Invite

Hi, My client is trying to invite our organisation in and It is advising the email address is already in use. We originally had this email, but the invites were not working, therefore removed the user and have tried to re-invite? Please advise how we can use the same email from a previous cancelled invite. The other invite was never accepted or active.

    Hi TanyaBennett

     

    Looks like the email doubled up inside the file. That message usually means that the email’s already been used on the file before, even if the first invite was cancelled or never accepted.

     

    In this case, we’ll need to clean up/reactivate that old record on our side so the same email can be used again. Your client can go to My Account to submit a ticket or use MOCA (our virtual assistant). Our support team will help resolve it.
