Automatic log off

I don't know if this is the right area but I am completely frustrated with the automatic logging off.

I am using the program, doing an invoice and it comes up with a note saying I'm not there and it will log off in 5 minutes.... I am using it !!

Then tonight I have a big invoice that I have completed and checking, saved it and yet it logged me out and the entire invoice is lost.

I cannot tell you how much I hate loathe and detest this frikking program !
