You'll be able to change the primary contact by filling out the change of details form. This needs to be completed by authorised business contacts, like the owner or directors. Once signed, please email it through to mailto:customer_service@myob.com. More information can be found on this page, hope this helps!

Hi Hannah,

the primary contact has left Transport Logistics and i have no way of contacting them. Am i able to change the contact to myself.

For anything related to transferring licenses, the EXO team would be the best people to check with. I'd recommend reaching out to them directly to get the most accurate information.

Nope, no charges to change the license ownership. Just send the necessary documents to our support team, and they'll take care of it for you!

I've sent the Change of Details form to the primary contact registered on the account. Please have the primary contact fill it out and return it to customer_service@myob.com. This will allow us to proceed with changing the ownership to the director as requested.
