Can you help how to get the ETA (Promised Date) to appear on PO Item List when the purchase order is a closed bill please. In MYOB I can edit it, but when the paper printed out, the ETA is not showing,

A bit odd that it’s not showing on the printout. On our end, I’ve been able to replicate it. I can change then preview the Promised Date even when the purchase order is already closed. When you get a chance, can you double‑check which form you’re using for the PO print? Sometimes the customised form itself can be the reason certain fields (like ETA/Promised Date) don’t appear.
