I tried to cancel my account but couldn’t get through now i’ve been charged

Called multiple times to cancel couldn’t get through now i’ve been charged after they said their team would call me back. Now i don’t know how to dispute the charge.

    I can see that our team was able to reach out to you earlier this morning and successfully help with your initial concern. For the second issue relating to the charge, please reply directly to the email you’ve received so the team can continue working through that with you and keep all communication in the one place.

    who was the email from? I only have an email notification from you on here and about cancelling my account nothing else.

    We did manage to locate your cancellation case using the email address connected to your Community Forum profile. If you check that case, you should be able to see the reply from our team confirming your account cancellation.
