There aren’t any reported issues with MYOB Business being slow today, and the current notice is about invoice viewing/payments rather than overall performance. I think people don't really know where to report issues. It's not clear anywhere and also not easy to find. It is still slow today, especially if trying to save and email an invoice. It just took 7mins to save and email 1 invoice. Like I said in my previous comment, it has been consistently slow since the change over to online instead of local. What used to take me a couple of hours to complete is now taking more than double the time. It's very frustrating and time consuming. The new versions were supposed to be time saving but it is definitely not that. I'm just about done!

Agree, still slow today. I'm also noticing that the only button that appears on the left now is 'Dashboard'. Almost as if the rest aren't loading because it's taking too long.
Very frustrating, as now I can't access any Reports without the link!

I raised a ticket for slow running and got response that it was a 'known issue' and 'they are working on it' and they then promptly closed the ticket.

It has been like this for a couple of days now, I waited to see if it would resolve but hasn't. One thing I did notice briefly yesterday when trying to open another tab is pop-up blocked appeared (top right corner) but disappeared too quickly to act. It's as if asking MYOB Business online to do an any action causes it to considered a pop-up and the screen hangs with nothing happening. This might not be the answer or related but something to consider. Please fix, it's very frustrating...

Thanks for letting us know about your experience. That pop-up might be tied to latency, but we can’t say for sure just yet. Our dev team is actively working on improving the service performance.
