Why is this still an issue? It has taken me 2 days to complete my end of month invoices where it should only take me half a day max. I own a small business and the down time I am spending on waiting for pages to load, having to repeat enter whole invoices because the page closes because it is too slow, etc. is costing me valuable time in the office rather than out making money. MYOB you are an accounting software company - you should have these problems sorted by now - it is your product that is the issue, not the ridiculous excuses you are giving of browsers, caches, internet etc. I am seriously considering changing company's, which I am sure like many others, the hassle of doing so is daunting, but the time I am spending to just send out invoices is all too consuming. At least have the decency to own the problem and respond to your customers with a solution!!!
