Like many others, I am going insane with how slow MYOB Business is running. Something needs to be done! There should be some compensation for the hours wasted waiting for things to load or the application crashing. This is not ok! We are paying for a service, are we not?

What is MYOB's plans to compensate those who have had to endure the down time and extra time waiting for loading screens and invoice uploads? This comes at a cost to our businesses which we can't exactly on-charge our customers for MYOB's poor performance.

Agree, still slow today. I'm also noticing that the only button that appears on the left now is 'Dashboard'. Almost as if the rest aren't loading because it's taking too long.
Very frustrating, as now I can't access any Reports without the link!

MYOB this is still a HUGE problem. Running extremely slow & getting error messages. Earlier today, I opened my practice page & it said I didn't have client files. Closed it & then reopened & they magically appeared.
I just spoke to support & was told there isn't a problem, but to put something on here.
He wouldn't even log a issue from me.
All he could do was to tell me to clear my browser (which I've done numerous times over the past week)
This isn't good enough MYOB.

It is very slow for me today too, and saying 'Something went wrong', it seems to have become more and more common in the last few months, nearly every time I log in.

This has been going on for at least a week! I thought it was my computer but tried on a different one at a different location and the same thing happened!

I gave up on Friday trying to use it as it was so slow, back after a long weekend and it's driving me crazy how slow the system is. Rebooted my computer twice, only have MYOB open on my PC and checked my internet. So frustrating watching that circle turn :(

Hi, Mike_MYOB incident was not fixed on Friday as mine and many others were still complaining that it was still not back to normal. This needs to be fixed ASAP as I am wasting so much time on MYOB that is it not funny anymore!! Looking at other options.

So this has affected my businesses for a week now, increasing our time working with customers and suppliers. We can't increase our fees on a whim because of poor servicing from MYOB. This needs to be fixed and compensation provided for those affected.
