I'm having the same issues, everything is taking twice as long to do, timing out, ages to load anything, and when I check on the status page, degraded..... Sure, we know that, but it's been at least a week. How long is it going to be before something definitive is done??? It's across all users, all companies.
come on MYOB, fix whatever you changed, or back it out...

Hi, I should have been clearer. Have been away, and got back last Friday, so hadn't used MYOB for several days. More than a week is just too much! How is anyone meant to be doing their work/business?

It is still as it was not from Friday only but for more than a week now and today was very bad. Specially invoices not opening or taking too long to open or to save or to create!!!!!!!

Am still having issues with MYOB (contacted them last Friday) with pages taking a long time to load or loading stops completely saying there is a problem and you lose any information you put in the Invoice.
Very difficult to do Invoicing etc.
The first person I rang at MYPB on Friday said they didn't know of any problems, but to clear the cache (which I had already done) and then they suggested it was my internet speed and I should change my internet plan, although I pointed out that I have had the same internet plan for the last 5 or 6 years I have worked on MYOB. I rang again a few hours later and was talking to another person at MYOB who said the system tends to get slow on Fridays!
It got a little faster on the weekend, but still not good, but today (Monday) its really slow again.

Same problem here. Will consider jumping ship if MYOB doesn't sort it out soon.

Like many others, I am going insane with how slow MYOB Business is running. Something needs to be done! There should be some compensation for the hours wasted waiting for things to load or the application crashing. This is not ok! We are paying for a service, are we not?

I’m beyond frustrated with the constant lag issues in MYOB Business. Opening anything — whether it’s sales invoices, bills, banking, or reports — is painfully slow and severely impacts my workflow.
For a company of MYOB’s size and reputation, this kind of persistent performance issue is completely unacceptable. This should have been resolved years ago. I also use Xero and have never experienced this level of lag or instability. The contrast is shocking.
I currently manage around 30 company files within MYOB Business, and the slow performance across the board is driving me absolutely crazy. It’s a huge disappointment to see MYOB moving backward while other accounting platforms continue to improve and innovate.
Please treat this issue as urgent. You need to fix this, not just continue increasing subscription fees while service quality declines. It feels like your focus is on pricing strategies rather than core performance and customer experience.
Your leadership needs to take accountability and address this ongoing issue, not ignore it.

Why has taken over week for myob tech solution to finally state that there is a problem with myob business performance, how many customer need to complain before anything is done. We pay of subscriptions, compensation is needed for this time. Not good enough, priority is needed sooner than this, time is money for us.

Its unusable - every time I drill down into a Bill's payment MYOB times out with a blank screen or error.

How about putting that on the MYOB app, instead of all affected users having to Google & use forum?
