This MYOB product is possibly the worst experience I've ever had, runs like molasses most days. We run another business with Xero with none of the slowness, time outs and errors we seem to experience with MYOB constantly.

Running slow, buffering all the time, takes ages to open an invoice or email an invoice, been happening now for weeks on and off, very frustrating!!

I raised a ticket for slow running and got response that it was a 'known issue' and 'they are working on it' and they then promptly closed the ticket.

Soooooooooooo slow today - I use several companies within MYOB - fed up of the spinning circle and then nothing!! Going to be a looooong day. Please get the issue fixed.

This is soooo slow and has been for weeks. I have tried different browsers, emptying caches, checked internet speed and still so slow I dread using this programme. I have contacted MYOB and had contact via chat and all they did was suggest everything I already said I did. Then said there was nothing wrong and that they couldn't do anything else as there was nothing wrong at their end. I am definitely considering other options as it is a joke spending so much of my time waiting just to enter a quote or invoice!! Not good enough.

That's not a bad idea. There's been other class actions regarding data privacy and security in the past. Not sure if there's been a substantial one about deterioration of software performance and contractual obligations.

like I'm trying to run a business maybe myob can give me a credit for the time wasted due to not been able to use the system
lets face it myob is very quick to invoice shame not so fast in operation
id hope that some one reply's to this but im not holding much hope

We have having the same issues with MYOB online, running extremely at loading every page. Has been like this for at least a week. Our internet speed tests are great, the issue is MYOB. Even tested MYOB on a brand new computer and it's no better. Please fix this issue urgently.
Hi Mike, when I go to that status page, it says the status for this issue is "CLOSED - Resolved", but it definitely isn't resolved, with pages opening extremely slowly, if at all. Is it still being investigated?

The team have been able to confirm delayed time in contacting the server and are working to resolve this asap
