I know it can be really frustrating when a migration doesn’t go quite right and tasks are held up. Thankfully, it’s rare for the migration team to miss any transactions, but it can happen from time to time.
The best way to tackle this is to compare the old file with the migrated one. If you spot any differences, just send through some screenshots to the migration team's email thread you’ve got going. That’ll help them get stuck into fixing things quickly.
