MYOB verifications

Is an email from verifications@myob.com legit or fake? Asking for ID uploads but not replying to emails?   Thanks

    The email verifications@myob.com is managed by our Financial Services team, and there's been a reported issue with emails being delayed, which might explain why you haven't received a reply yet. You can check our status hub for any updates with emails delay. Rest assured, it's a legitimate address. Thanks for your patience.

Thanks for your reply.  That makes me feel better.  I have completed verification a while ago. Any idea when my invoice function should be restored?  As I am really needing to send invoices ASAP.
