Need Help with exporting data

I am trying to export data from MYOB Business lite to Essential.  I have followed the procedures & it gives me a message to say that it wil email me when the transfer is done.  I have not received an email & when I check, No importing has been done to Essential.  Am I doing something wrong, is the file too large?

    Welcome to the Community Forum. The import email comes from a No Reply email address (noreply@apps.myob.com), which can sometimes be picked up and blocked by an email filter. I recommend checking your spam filters and junk inbox. 

     

    If you are still not seeing the email, could you try importing just 1 item, then seeing if that imports successfully, and if it does import the data in smaller batches?
