No Business Found

Hi

We were in the middle of setting up our brand new MYOB Business Pro file

There was an error in saving one of the employees. So we logged out of the file and back in to our MYOB account and now the business does not even show up.

It is both the same on our account and our Accountant who we invited as a Admin cannot see the file from his MYOB account either 

My.MYOB shows an active subscription for Business Pro

    Hi BazilsCatering,

     

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the community forum! I understand that the business is not showing up on the business list. Can you please try to switch browsers, use a private window, and clear the cache of your browser. If it will not work, kindly let us know what the error message is that comes up when you are trying to save a new employee. If you can provide us with a screenshot, we can further investigate the issue.

     

    Feel free to write a post if you need further assistance.

    • Hi Jem,

      Have tried different browsers, both chrome and firefox, have tried clearing cache & cookies, have physically tried different computers. Every time we log into the MYOB Account no business appears, so we are unable to switch businesses. It only gives the logout button
