Online Administrator & Owner of Company Files

I was wondering how I go about in changing the online administrator & owner of company files that I currently have access to, which I no longer need due to a new Bookkeeper that's taking my role?

    Hi V_Oliver,

     

    You don’t need to change it yourself. Make sure to contact our team and they can update the online administrator/file owner to the new bookkeeper. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
